酒石酸

酒石酸是一種羧酸﹐存在于多種植物中﹐如葡萄和酸角、甜角﹐也是葡萄酒中主要的酸之一。作為食品中添加的劑﹐可以使食物具有酸味。酒石酸的用途是飲料添加劑。也是藥物工業(yè)原料。在制鏡工業(yè)中，酒石酸是一個重要的助劑和還原劑，可以控制銀鏡的形成速度，獲得非常均一的鍍層。用作增效劑、鞣制劑、螯合劑、藥劑。廣泛用于醫(yī)藥、食品、制革、紡織等工業(yè)。在低溫時對水的溶解度低，易生成不溶性的鈣鹽。
