SJ-80B Back Sealing Medium Dosage Packing Machine
主要性能和結構特點:
1、背封，可自動完成制袋、計量、下料、封合、分切、計數、打印批號（可根據客戶要求配置）等功能；
2、采用微電腦控制器，驅動步進電機控制袋長，性能穩定、調整方便、檢測準確；
3、采用變頻無級調速，同時可配置不同的下料機構達到對顆粒、液體、醬體、粉劑等物品的包裝；
適用范圍：
適用于膨化食品、蝦條、花生、瓜子、調味品、牛肉豆、干燥劑、洗衣粉等物料的較大計量包裝。
Main function and characteristic:
1. Back-side sealing. Automatically complete all the procedures of bag-making, measuring, feeding, sealing, cutting and printing batch number which can be set by customer.
2. Advanced computer control and stepping driving motor are adopted to control the bag length with stable performance, convenient adjustment and accurate detection.
3. CVT changes speed. Different feeder can be used to packing different material, like granule, liquid, thick liquid and powder.
Application scope:
This machine is applicable for packing big dosing material, such as puffed food, shrimp strip, peanut, melon seeds, flavoring, beef bean, desiccant and detergent.
