Our homemade catalyst has high conversion efficiency, small dead volume and uniform temperature field. It has very high detection sensitivity for the analysis of trace CO, CH4 and CO2 in high purity gases. 甲烷化轉(zhuǎn)化爐采用高效鎳催化劑，采用氫作載氣或氮作載氣柱后加氫的方式，把不能被氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器檢測(cè)的微量CO和CO₂轉(zhuǎn)化為CH₄。我公司自制的催化劑具有轉(zhuǎn)化效率高，加熱塊死體積小，溫場(chǎng)均勻，對(duì)分析各種高純氣體中微量CO、CH₄、CO₂具有非常高的檢測(cè)靈敏度，檢測(cè)濃度≤0.1ppm。
