為大力推進“食品安全大整治專項行動”、“飲食放心工程”和“食品533安全保障行動”，今年以來，省質監局連續兩次組織開展瓶(桶)裝水監督抽查，累計抽取樣品887批次，不合格182批次，其中菌落總數、溴酸鹽、大腸菌群超標及標簽不規范是導致產品不合格最主要原因。在此次抽查中記者發現，有8家生產企業連續兩次均發現存在嚴重質量安全問題。
針對監督抽查中發現的問題，省質監局表示已責成各地質監部門依法對相關生產企業進行處理。在此，省質監局建議消費者在選購飲用水時應盡量選擇知名企業生產的品牌產品，質量可信度較高；同時要檢查桶裝水的標簽標識是否完整、詳細；包裝桶是否密封、表面是否光滑清亮；查看水是否無色、清澈透明，無明顯懸浮物；此外，啟封后的瓶（桶）裝飲用水應盡快飲用并定期及時更換。
據了解，2013年全國食源性致病菌監測實施方案中，要求進一步加強桶裝水微生物污染監測：桶裝飲用水的采樣要求是覆蓋城市和農村，包括城鄉結合部和學校，盡可能覆蓋市售所有品牌。監測的桶裝飲用水種類包括桶裝純凈水、桶裝天然礦泉水、桶裝礦物質水；重點微生物監測項目為菌落總數、大腸菌群、銅綠假單胞菌。
C系列水中微生物膜過濾系統基于“薄膜過濾法”，采用0.45um的無菌微孔過濾膜將水中的微量微生物截流在膜上，進行微生物富集，再將濾膜置于相應培養基上在適當的培養條件下進行培養。

Question still on Bottled(barrelled) water quality
There are eight bottled(barrelled) water industries found that have serious quality question during this survey by Zhejiang province quality supervision bureau.
The question is: exceed standard of total bacterial count, bromate, coliform and lack of standardization on the label.
From 2013 year, governmenr pay much more attention to the quality of bottled(barrelled) water includes monitoring barrelled purified water, barrelled spring water and barrelled mineral water. The important point of microbial monitor" total bacterial count, coliform and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
