據外媒報道，澳大利亞華人買下位于塔省的澳最古老、最大乳制品公司-范迪門土地公司（VDL），然而被要求與原住民團體協商，因為那里屬于原住民的“文化敏感地帶”。
據報道，中國月亮湖投資公司（Moon Lake Investments）總裁盧先鋒（Lu Xianfeng）擊敗眾多競爭對手，以2.8億澳元的價格買下了VDL公司。他已經參觀了VDL公司這一占地2萬公頃的產業。
