據歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，10月18日歐盟食品安全局就審查芐嘧磺隆（bensulfuron-methyl）的最大殘留限量發布意見。
為了解兩種農藥在植物、加工商品、輪作農作物以及牲畜中的最大殘留限量，EFSA審查了91/414/EEC號指令當中的結論以及成員國的數據。
在現有數據基礎之上，EFSA得出最大殘留限量提案并開展了消費者風險評估。經過評估，維持大米中芐嘧磺隆0.01ppm的最大殘留限量，其他商品中的殘留限量還需進一步評估。

According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels （MRLs） currently established at the European level for the pesticide active substance bensulfuron-methyl. To assess the occurrence of bensulfuron-methyl residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC as well as the authorisations reported by the Member States （including the supporting residues data）。 based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out.
