據(jù)歐盟官方公報(bào)消息，歐盟批準(zhǔn)苯甲酸（benzoic acid）作為小型肉豬和種豬的飼料添加劑。
2018年7月12日，歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布法規(guī) （EU） 2018/983，根據(jù)第1831/2003號(hào)條例（EC）批準(zhǔn)苯甲酸作為小型肉豬和種豬的飼料添加劑。
按照條例要求，該豬飼料添加劑在添加劑類別組屬于“畜牧添加劑”、在功能類別組屬于“其他畜牧添加劑”。這種添加劑最后被批準(zhǔn)作為動(dòng)物營養(yǎng)添加劑。
新條例自發(fā)布后20日起生效，適用于所有歐盟成員國。

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European unio,
Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 September 2003 on additives for use in animal nutrition （1）， and in particular Article 9（2） thereof,
wheras:
（1）Regulation （EC） No 1831/2003 provides for the authorisation of additives for use in animal nutrition and for the grounds and procedures for granting such authorisation.
（2）In accordance with Article 7 of Regulation （EC） No 1831/2003 an application was submitted for the authorisation of benzoic acid as a feed additive for minor porcine species for fattening and for reproduction. That application was accompanied by the particulars and documents required under Article 7（3） of Regulation （EC） No 1831/2003.
