2016年10月26日歐洲理事會(huì)歐洲議會(huì)發(fā)布了關(guān)于保護(hù)植物害蟲的保護(hù)措施的條例（EU）2016/2031，該條例于2016年12月13日生效，并將于2019年12月14日開始實(shí)施。
依據(jù)該條例要求，自2019年12月14日起，輸歐盟國家的大多數(shù)植物源性食品必須隨附植物檢疫證書，包括水果和蔬菜等。
