目前國外蛋清溶菌酶活性達(dá)到50000u/mg，國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)溶菌酶活性基本為20000u/mg，神地公司出新技術(shù)，生產(chǎn)的溶菌酶活性已大于40000u/mg（40000000u/g），推出了活性為15000~45000的溶菌酶產(chǎn)品。At present, foreign country lysozyme production has attained a height of 50,000u/mg, while domestically the production of lysozyme has reached a level of approximately 20,000u/mg. Shendi has researched and developed new lysozyme technoloy and currently produces lysozyme in excess of 40,000u/mg (40000000(u/g), with lysozyme products having activity of 15,000 to 45,000.
