據澳媒報道，華人盧先鋒（Lu Xianfeng）收購的澳大利亞大型乳制品公司Van Diemen's Land（VDL）所產牛奶，將自明年初開始由霍巴特直接運至中國寧波。
據報道，今年3月，盧先鋒的月亮湖投資公司（Moon Lake Investments）投資2.8億澳元收購VDL的計劃終于獲得塔州政府許可，該公司可以獲得25家牧場的牛奶，產量每9天可填滿一個奧林匹克標準尺寸的游泳池。
月亮河投資總經理肖恩·瑞（Sean Shwe）表示，從明年初開始，VDL將每周從霍巴特向寧波運輸新鮮牛奶，VDL已提前售出價值1500萬元人民幣的鮮奶。每年約1000萬升的牛奶將從VDL運輸至霍巴特，再由Lion Dairy進行“VAN 牛奶”品牌產品包裝。同時，月亮河投資還計劃在未來新增牛奶等其他乳制品產品。
