據(jù)國(guó)際食品法典委員會(huì)(CODEX)消息,近日國(guó)際食品法典委員會(huì)修訂或新增了3項(xiàng)水產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。它們分別為:魚醬標(biāo)準(zhǔn);活鮑魚、冷凍生鮑魚或者即食或再加工鮑魚標(biāo)準(zhǔn);煙熏魚、煙調(diào)味魚與煙干魚標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。具體見下表:
