據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，歐盟食品安全局日前就硅烷化二氧化硅用于食品接觸材料的安全性評(píng)估發(fā)表科學(xué)意見。歐盟10/2011條例要求所有的納米材料需要有特定的批準(zhǔn)程序。
歐盟于1999年批準(zhǔn)硅烷化二氧化硅用于塑料類食品接觸材料。
專家組得出結(jié)論認(rèn)為，在現(xiàn)在的批準(zhǔn)使用條件下，該物質(zhì)不會(huì)對(duì)消費(fèi)者的安全造成危害。

Silicon dioxide, silanated, has been authorised for use as an additive in all types of plastics as part of a re -evaluation, according to a European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） panel.
A scientific opinion w as reques ted as the substance has alw ays been produced on the basis of synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide in nanoform.
EU Plastics Regulation 10/2011 requires that all materials in nanoform used for food contact materials must be specifically approved.
Silicon dioxide, silanated w as authorised in 1999 to be used as an additive for the manufacture of plastic food contact materials.
