據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，8月1日歐盟公報發(fā)布（EU） No 836/2014號委員會實施條例，修訂有機產(chǎn)品法規(guī)。
新法規(guī)對（EC）No889/2008號法規(guī)進行了修訂，制定（EC）834/2007號理事會條例就有機生產(chǎn)、標(biāo)簽和控制的實施細則。
本法規(guī)將使用非有機雞的特殊條款延長至2017年12月31日，將批準(zhǔn)豬和家禽使用非有機蛋白飼料5%最大百分比的年限更改為2015、2016、2017年。
本法規(guī)自發(fā)布后第20天起生效，并于 2015年1月1日實施。

Article 1
Amendment of Regulation （EC） No 889/2008
Regulation （EC） No 889/2008 is amended as follows:
（1） In Article 42（b）， the date '31 December 2014' is replaced by the date '31 December 2017‘。
（2） In Article 43, the second subparagraph is replaced by the follow ing:
'The maximum percentage of non-organic protein feed authorised per period of 12 months for
those species shall be 5 % for calendar years 2015, 2016 and 2017.'
Article 2
Entry into force and application
This Regulation shall enter into force on the tw entieth day follow ing that of its publication in the Of f icial Journal of the European Union.
