美國(guó)FDA升級(jí)食品安全定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估工具

        據(jù)美國(guó)FDA消息，2月26日美國(guó)FDA升級(jí)食品安全定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估工具，發(fā)布FDA-iRISK 2.0，幫助用戶進(jìn)行食品安全定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。

    2.0版本可以讓用戶對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分級(jí)與比對(duì)，并預(yù)測(cè)食品安全預(yù)防控制措施的效果。新版本的功能包括：高級(jí)建模方法，比如小概率事件、新的劑量反應(yīng)建模選擇等。

    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has released FDA-iRISK 2.0, an enhanced version of the free web-based tool that helps users conduct their own quantitative risk assessments in support of food safety. The Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, （JIFSAN） will also host a webinar to highlight key features of FDA-iRISK 2.0.

    FDA-iRISK 2.0 allows users to rank and compare risks and predict the effectiveness of prevention and control measures. Enhanced features include:

    .advanced modeling methods, such as rare events and new dose-response modeling options;

    .faster development of alternative scenarios;

    .innovative reporting of results;

    .graphical representations of dose-response and variability in contamination and consumption to better understand and verify data; and

    .easier data-sharing with other users.
