據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，8月14日歐盟委員會(huì)發(fā)布法規(guī)（EU）2015/1392，批準(zhǔn)果糖（Fructose）作為基礎(chǔ)物質(zhì)用于植保產(chǎn)品。
新法規(guī)僅限果糖作為基礎(chǔ)物質(zhì)，起到植物自然防御機(jī)制的誘導(dǎo)子作用。根據(jù)法規(guī)（EC）No 1107/2009條款13（4），歐盟法規(guī)（EU）No 540/2011附件進(jìn)行相應(yīng)修訂。本法規(guī)自公布二十日起生效。
