據歐盟網站消息，8月14日歐盟委員會發布法規（EU）2015/1392，批準果糖（Fructose）作為基礎物質用于植保產品。
新法規僅限果糖作為基礎物質，起到植物自然防御機制的誘導子作用。根據法規（EC）No 1107/2009條款13（4），歐盟法規（EU）No 540/2011附件進行相應修訂。本法規自公布二十日起生效。
