歐盟批準蝦青素作為魚、甲殼綱動物和觀賞魚的飼料添加劑

       據歐盟網站消息，8月20日歐盟發布法規（EU）2015/1415，批準蝦青素作為魚、甲殼綱動物和觀賞魚的飼料添加劑使用。

    蝦青素在歐盟食品添加劑類別上屬于“感官添加劑”，功能劃分上屬于“著色劑”。

    新法規規定，蝦青素作為魚、甲殼綱動物和觀賞魚的飼料添加劑使用時，蝦青素產品不應超過100 mg/kg飼料全料（水分含量12%），使用過程中應注意防護。

    concerning the authorisation of astaxanthin as a feed additive for fish, crustaceans and ornamental fish

    THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

    Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European unio,

    Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 September 2003 on additives for use in animal nutrition （1）， and in particular Article 9（2） thereof,

    wheras:

    Regulation （EC） No 1831/2003 provides for the authorisation of additives for use in animal nutrition and for the grounds and procedures for granting such authorisation. Article 10 of that Regulation provides for the re-evaluation of additives authorised pursuant to Council Directive 70/524/EEC （2）。
