據歐盟網站消息，4月6日歐盟委員會發布EU 2017/644號條例，制定歐盟制定食品中二惡英、二惡英類多氯聯苯（PCBs）和非二惡英類多氯聯苯的取樣與分析方法，廢止EU 589/2014條例。
EU 589/2014條例由EU 2017/644號條例的附件I-IV替代，附件I列出定義和縮寫，附件II規定了官方取樣方法，附件III規定二惡英、呋喃、二惡英類PCBs的樣品制備和檢測方法，附件IV規定非二惡英類PCBs的檢測方法及其要求。
新條例自發布后第20天起生效。
