據澳新食品標準局(FSANZ)消息,7月5日澳新食品標準局公布A1167號申請,擬批準將枯草芽孢桿菌重組菌株中的乳糖酶作為加工助劑。
本次申請由DuPont Australia Pty Ltd公司提交。申請人擬將其作為食品加工助劑,尤其是乳制品加工和低聚半乳糖的生產。
澳新食品標準局將于2019年7月初就相關草案征求意見,公眾咨詢期限為6周。本申請有望于2019年12月得到全面批準。
